Review the progress in the SATs plan – what is working well?  Is there anything we are stuck on? What progress are the VIPs making? 

What interventions/boosters are in place? What is the impact?  How do you know and how is it measured?

Focus on shifting WT to ARE.

Consider those children who are on the cusp of achieving ARE but still WT.

What strategies have colleagues used to create a shift?

Writing – bring books for those children who are WT but are targeted for ARE. Review books.

What has worked for children who have shifted?

What can you take back?

Update the SATs plan with what you have learnt.

Discussion about Mock SATs week – what are your plans?  How do you organise it?  What are your thoughts on sittings?  Management of extra time?
